RETURNS OF PRODUCTS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned: * Gift cards To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: * Any article which is not in its original state, which is damaged or which presents certain missing parts for reasons which are not due to an error of our go. * Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

REFUNDS ON ORDERS

Late or missing refunds If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted. EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
